What we do:

We develop new ingredients to improve plant-based food quality and clean labels using natural processes.

How We Do It:

We use one of the oldest and natural processes in the world: Fermentation. Applying unique combinations of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) to ferment plant based food. These microorganisms produce compounds that improve texture, highlight flavor and enhance nutrition profile. In this way, we are able to reduce the number of added ingredients, boosting the final food product quality.
